Homemade Sachima

Flour, eggs, yeast, put in a bowl or basin, knead into a dough

Proof the kneaded dough for half an hour

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a sheet with a thickness of 2mm

Cut into strips with a knife and dust them with flour to prevent sticking

Put oil in the pan and fry the cut noodles in a low fire

Remove the fried dough and put it into the baking pan, so that the baking pan will have oil once, which can save the oiling process.

Wash the pot, pour water, sugar, and maltose into a low heat

Tips:
1. Try not to add water when making the noodles, just use egg liquid to make the taste soft. If you like the crunchy taste, add some water.
2. Put the fried noodles in the baking tray, so that the oiling process can be omitted
3. When boiling the syrup, be sure to make a small fire, stir it with a shovel at any time, some are sticky, and when the color turns yellow, you can pull out the silk and turn off the heat.
