Homemade Safe Cold Skin

Take an appropriate amount of flour and water, knead into a dough and wake up for 20 minutes

Knead the dough after 20 minutes and wake up again for 20 minutes

Double the water of the dough in the basin

Now start to wash the face and keep rubbing

Pour the thick cleansing water with a thin basket into another basin, so as to prevent the fine gluten from leaking into the water and affect the quality of the cold skin

Repeatedly add water and wash the noodles until the water is clear. The dough will loosen when you first wash it, and as you keep kneading, the gluten will become clumps.

Wash the gluten and facial cleanser, steam the washed gluten on a basket for 20 minutes

Let the cleansing water settle for at least 2 hours and pour out most of the clear water after it settles. This is what I looked like after it settled for 1 night and the morning of the second day

Stir the settled powder and water evenly

Brush with cooking oil on a flat bottom plate. You can steam it in a bamboo basket or directly add water to steam. I steam it with water.
