I usually make some pork floss, porridge, or dim sum, which is very convenient. You can rest assured that you can make yourself with real ingredients. You can eat as much as you like. It's super easy to cook, roll, stir fry.
Try not to keep the homemade pork floss for too long and refrigerate it.

Homemade Safe Pork Floss

1. The pork can be selected from the hind leg. It does not matter if it is a little fatter. If it is too thin, add some oil when frying, otherwise the taste will be too hard.

2. Add water to the soup pot, add the green onion and ginger slices, add the meat, boil and cook for about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the meat.

3. Take out the cooked meat and let it dry.

4. Use a rolling pin to roll it against the texture. Be sure to roll it a little bit. You can tear it with your hands, but you need to tear it very thinly, so it's better to roll it out quickly.

5. All rolled shredded pork.

6. Put it in the wok.

7. Add soy sauce

8. Add oyster sauce, five-spice powder, etc.

9. Add salt and sugar.

10. Start to fry the pork floss, remember to keep stirring, not too hot.

11. Stirring continuously, the water gradually loses, and the floss becomes dry and light, taste the taste during the period, and adjust the amount of seasoning in time.

12. Finally, when it's in this state, it doesn't need to be too dry and hard, it's fine and soft with fine velvet.

Tips:

1. Don't add too much seasoning at once, just add as appropriate during the frying process. According to your own taste, you can also make spicy or cumin.
2. If you tear it by hand, you must tear it thinly.
