Homemade Salt and Pepper Powder

Prepare materials.

Put the peppercorns in a saucepan, stir-fry them on a low heat to create a fragrance, and then set aside.

Put salt in a saucepan and stir-fry on low heat until the salt turns yellow.

Pour the pepper and stir fry twice and turn off the heat. Continue to stir until the temperature in the pan drops and the flavors of pepper and salt penetrate each other.

After cooling, put it in a blender and stir into powder.
Tips:
The ratio of pepper to salt is about 2:1.
