Homemade Salted Duck Eggs
1.
Duck eggs from ducks raised by my relatives
2.
Wash and dry
3.
Dip a rag in white vinegar, wipe each duck egg, and dry again (this step can be omitted)
4.
Pour fine salt into the pot, add some pepper, star anise, and cinnamon, stir fry evenly
5.
Use a sieve to filter out the spices and let the salt cool
6.
Soak the duck eggs in white wine
7.
Coated with sautéed and let cool spice salt
8.
I wrap each egg in tin foil
9.
Put the wrapped duck eggs in a plastic bag
10.
Tie tightly and marinate in a cool place for one month
11.
One month later, I took 4 of them and put them in the pot and cooked them
12.
Cut, not bad
Tips:
The duck eggs must be unbroken, the dirt on the surface must be removed, and the surface of the duck eggs must be covered with salt, so that the marinating is sufficient and comprehensive
