Homemade Salted Eggs

Prepare all the ingredients, put the eggs in the white wine and soak for 3 minutes (in order not to waste the white wine, you can soak in batches, and add in while taking out the salt)

After soaking, wrap the egg with a layer of salt

Put it in the corner of the fresh-keeping bag (you can also use the plastic bag you usually buy vegetables)

Wrap the eggs tightly

Put it all together, put it in the sun for one to two days and then put it in a cool place for one to two months (depending on the weather, it will take one month in summer, or a little longer in cold weather)
