Homemade Sausage

1. The salted lamb casings were taken out and cleaned, soaked for half an hour. Some people suggested to use white wine to remove the fishy.

3. Chopped meat and minced ginger.

6. The sweet potato flour should be put into the meat filling one by one with water, and the meat filling should be fully mixed each time before putting it down again.

7. Put the small casing on the enema and tie a knot on the top.

8. After filling the minced meat, divide it into sections and tie them with cotton thread.

9. Steam it in a steamer for half an hour, then take it out to cool, then put it in the refrigerator and keep it in the refrigerator.
