Homemade Simple Okonomiyaki

Squid and cabbage shreds, shrimp diced, bacon diced

Put all the ingredients except seaweed, bacon and sauce into a container, add water and stir to make a paste

Put a little oil in the pan when it is hot, pour the batter into the pan, put bacon on it and fry it

Brush with teriyaki sauce after it is out of the pan, put the seaweed in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it, sprinkle it on top, and pour the salad dressing on it and you're done.
Tips:
The bacon can also be replaced with thin pork slices. The sauce is what you like. You can also put yellow mustard sauce on top, or if you have bonito flakes.
Teriyaki sauce can be boiled with cooking wine, soy sauce, and honey in a ratio of 2:1:1.
