Homemade Small Rice Cakes
1.
Stir the sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, add a little salt to the water, stir and pour into the flour
2.
Knead into a rough dough and wake up for 5 minutes (too dry can add some water, I added milk)
3.
Divide into 51 grams of dough each, you can make a total of 12
4.
After each dough is rounded, wake up for 5 minutes
5.
Put it in the pot after shaping
6.
Put cold water on the bottom of the pot. After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat and continue to steam for 20 minutes. After cooling, you can wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for a few days. Take it as you eat.
