Homemade Spicy Strips
1.
Soak the yuba in clean water for half an hour. The inside and outside of the bubble are slightly soft and cut into small pieces for later use
2.
Put a little more oil in the pot than usual. After the oil is spicy, turn to medium heat, add the yuba and fry on both sides of it turns yellow, then drain the oil and transfer it to a plate for later use.
3.
This is the first fried yuba.
4.
After everything was fried, the oil in the pot turned to high fire. Pour all into the pot and run the oil once. I need to blow it up a little bit faster
5.
Fish into the dish and set aside. Turn the oil in the pot to low heat and pour it in. Laoganma spicy sauce with soy sauce and cumin powder boiled
6.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the yuba on the plate.
7.
For those who like to eat spicy food, top with chili noodles now. This is for a child to eat, so I still just put a little bit. Laoganma spicy sauce is then drizzled with the hot oil in the pot.
8.
After cooling down, you can start eating.
Tips:
If you like chili, put more noodles and drizzle with hot oil. With the addition of MSG, the noodles will taste similar to the outside. But what you make by yourself should be environmentally friendly. I didn’t put MSG.
