I always like to eat spicy noodles, because I know the supermarkets are not so clean, so I have been restraining it. Today, I wanted to drink a cocktail on a whim. I bought two bottles. I also took a look at other snacks. I didn't resist the temptation and took a few packs of 50 cents of spicy sticks. Wow, cocktails and spicy bars are a perfect match (≧▽≦)/(forgive my heavy taste), I feel like I can’t stop in the future. However, for the sake of health and to eat spicy noodles a little bit more often, I can only try it myself. It feels pretty good. Share with you."

Homemade Spicy Strips

1. The yuba soaks and controls water

2. Make spicy noodles. Dahongpao, cumin, and Chaotian pepper are sautéed in a pot and then grind with a cooking machine. The size of the grind is determined according to personal preference. It usually takes a few seconds.

3. Pour oil over heat, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, chicken essence, and stir fry spicy noodles

4. Add the yuba and stir-fry for three minutes to make the spicy powder stick evenly on the yuba

5. Pour the bone broth and simmer on medium heat for five minutes

6. Make a fire and collect the juice, Dangdangdang, done!
