Homemade Spring Cakes

Pour hot water of about 80 degrees into the flour and stir it into a snowflake shape.

Pour a little more cold water until there is no dry noodles in the basin.

Knead into dough and wake up at room temperature for about half an hour.

Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long strip.
5.
Cut into evenly-sized doses, about 25 grams each.
6.
Press the potion into small round cakes.
7.
Brush one side of the round cake with a thin layer of oil.
8.
Take two small round cakes and fold the oiled sides on top of each other.
9.
Roll into a round pancake.

After preheating the baking pan, put the pancakes in, and bake them until both sides are slightly yellowish. Take it out and tear it into two pieces while hot.
Tips:
1. It is best to knead the dough again in the middle of half an hour after waking up
2. The temperature of the pancakes should not be too high, otherwise the pancakes will be easy to paste
3. When brushing the oil, it must be evenly brushed to prevent the baked cakes from sticking to each other
