Homemade Stewed Chicken Drumsticks

Clean the surface of the chicken drumstick with 2 cuts.

Boil it in boiling water and remove it for later use.

Scallion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Heat the vegetable oil in the wok, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrance, then add the sesame oil.

Then add the chicken thighs and stir fry, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt on the way.

Stir-fry the chicken drumsticks and put in hot water that has not been used for the chicken drumsticks and add sugar. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer on medium heat.
