Homemade Sugar Garlic

Peel the garlic, wash it, dry it and set aside.

Add 500 grams of sugar to the pot.

Add 750 grams of white vinegar and 30 grams of salt.

Add 3 fast brown sugar.
5.
Boil on high heat and let it cool for later use.

Put the garlic in the container.

Pour in the cool juice, cover and store in a cool and ventilated place for 10 days.
