There are no fixed rules for collocation of home-cooked dishes. Sometimes you can choose what you like, and sometimes use the leftovers in the refrigerator. This time I saw a piece of meat sausage in the refrigerator, so I used potatoes and carrots with it to cook this "home-made three diced" dish.

Homemade Three Ding

1. Main ingredients: sausages, potatoes, carrots

2. Wash carrots and cut into hob blocks

3. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, wash the starch, and drain the water

4. Meat sausage cut into cubes

5. Heat oil, add the drained diced potatoes and fry

6. Fry until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly, remove and set aside

7. Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the carrots and stir-fry repeatedly

8. Then, add a little water and cook the carrots thoroughly

9. Put in sausage

10. Season with salt and simmer for half a minute

11. Add spare diced potatoes

12. Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat

13. Put it out of the pot and serve on the table

Tips:

1. When cooking this dish, it is best not to put light soy sauce.
2. Put the meat sausages after the carrots are cooked thoroughly.
