Homemade Tofu

Cut old tofu into triangular slices.

Put it in a frying pan and fry it until golden on both sides.

Pick it up and soak it in boiling water for a while.

Cut thick slices of eryngii mushrooms and fry them in a frying pan, and pour out the excess oil.

Pour in garlic and shredded onion and stir fry evenly.

Add green peppers and carrots, stir fry together, add salt and spicy dipping sauce (you can leave it if you don’t like spicy food).

Drain the tofu, pour in and stir fry together.
8.
Add chopped shallots and chopped parsley and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and transfer to a pan.
