Homemade Tofu

Tofu and side dishes are sliced with a knife.

Add water, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt.

Add tofu and cooked pork slices and simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips:
The pork slices I put in the tofu are braised in advance, if you don’t have one, you can also use raw pork belly slices.
