Homemade Tofu

Cut slightly thicker squares.

Green peppers and garlic cloves.

Cut green pepper into small slices, peel and mince garlic cloves.

Heat oil in a pot, add tofu, sprinkle with salt, and fry on medium heat.

Fry on one side and then turn over and fry.

After frying on both sides, turn to low heat, shovel the tofu to one side of the pot, put green pepper and minced garlic at the bottom of the pot, add a little salt and stir fry a few times.

Add a little water and light soy sauce, stir-fry, and simmer for 1 minute.
