Homemade Tofu

Cut colored peppers, cut tofu, cut pleurotus eryngii, and chop coriander and ginger.

Mix a bowl with tomato sauce, light soy sauce, water, salt, and starch.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat up, add the tofu cubes.

Slowly fry the tofu brown over a medium-to-low fire, and I put the eryngii mushroom slices on the side.

Because of the heat problem, some tofu will turn yellow first, and use chopsticks to turn it over. Whoever turns yellow first, whoever turns yellow first, can change positions with the others after both sides are yellow.

When they are almost burnt, push the pleurotus eryngii together and fry them.

Then push the vegetable aside, add oil and fry the ginger fragrant.

Add the yellow pepper and stir fry.

Add a little water, cover and simmer for a while.

After boiling, pour in the mixed juice.

Put the coriander section, collect the juice and bring it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Fried tofu should use old tofu, which is easy to form and chewy to eat.
2. Pleurotus eryngii is an ingredient, you don't need it, but it's delicious if you add it.
