Homemade Tofu

Ingredients: Wash and slice old tofu, slice pork belly, wash and cut green onion and ginger, and chop Pixian watercress with a knife.

The old tofu is fried in a 50 to 60% hot oil pan until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the tofu to control the oil and prepare the garlic sprouts.

Leave the oil in the original pot, add the pork belly and stir-fry to get the oil, add the green onion, ginger, and pour into the Pixian Douban, continue to stir-fry on low heat.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and cook on high heat, then add salt, sugar and a small amount of water. Add the fried tofu and simmer for a while to make it delicious.

Thicken the gorgon with wet starch and sprinkle with garlic sprouts before serving.
