Homemade Tofu

Cut old tofu into pieces.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic. Peel and cut tomatoes.

Pick up the frying pan, pour the oil and fry the tofu on top.

Yellow on both sides is the most ideal state.

Pour oil in the wok and sauté the fragrant ingredients.

Stir-fry the tomatoes.

The tomatoes should be fried thoroughly, and the sand is best.

Put the fried tofu into the pot, pour a little water or stock, and cook.

Mix with a bowl of gorgon, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, salt, sugar, starch, and add pepper if you like.

After the tofu is cooked thoroughly, pour in the gorgon juice, mix evenly and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. There are many ways to peel tomatoes, boiling water, roasting them or directly peeling them.
2. The seasoning is according to your own preference, and you can add sauces.
