About this dish:
I found that a lot of chefs like this dish recently! But there are relatively many questions... so I will answer your questions together!
Water starch: water + starch (corn starch, or any starch), the ratio is about 2:1
Tofu: I use old tofu. Some people say that it won't make golden brown... Please be patient, don't stir each side while frying, and fry for a little longer!
I didn't add salt to this dish, because it used soy sauce, soy sauce... it tasted enough for me! If some people think it's okay to put some salt before the pan is out!
