Tofu is rich in nutrients, especially for female friends, eating more soy products is good for your health! Today I am going to make a simple and delicious homemade tofu, you can try it too!

Homemade Tofu

1. Choose a piece of old tofu

2. Cut evenly into small pieces

3. Coated with egg liquid

4. Fry until golden brown on both sides

5. Take out the oil control

6. Add seasonings to make the soup

7. Saute the minced garlic and add the broth to a boil

8. Add tofu, stir fry and boil for a while

9. Add water starch to thicken

10. Add chopped green onion and chili and stir fry out.

Tips:

The old tofu will not disperse when it is decocted, the fire should not be too big and it will become mushy. Add the seasoning according to your own taste!
