Homemade Tofu

Choose a piece of old tofu

Cut evenly into small pieces
3.
Coated with egg liquid
4.
Fry until golden brown on both sides
5.
Take out the oil control

Add seasonings to make the soup

Add tofu, stir fry and boil for a while

Tips:
The old tofu will not disperse when it is decocted, the fire should not be too big and it will become mushy. Add the seasoning according to your own taste!
