Prepare materials

Heat up the pan with a proper amount of oil, and put the sliced tofu in flat

Fry until golden on both sides

Add light soy sauce, water half the height of tofu and appropriate amount of salt to simmer

Tips:
The key to this delicious tofu is: thinly slice the tofu, and it will be oily during frying. After frying, if there is too much oil at the bottom of the pan, drain it and add the soup.
