Homemade Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, the meat slices stewed in advance are used here

Tofu and side dishes changed to knife slices

Pour oil in the wok, add garlic slices and fry until fragrant

Add carrots and bell peppers and stir fry

Add water, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt

Add tofu and cooked pork slices and simmer for 20 minutes

After the tofu is simmered, turn off the heat and pour a little sesame oil.

Tips:
The sliced pork I put in the tofu is braised in advance. If you don’t have one, you can also use raw sliced pork belly and stir-fry until the oil comes out, then add other side dishes and stew with the tofu.
