Homemade Tofu

Prepare soft tofu.

Cut tofu into pieces.
3.
Cut some ginger, garlic and shallots.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant.
5.
Add tofu.
6.
Add some soy sauce and water.
7.
Add salt and chicken broth to taste.
8.
Serve and sprinkle with chives.
