Tomato and egg noodles are a very common noodle recipe. The ingredients needed are relatively simple, the most important ones are tomatoes, eggs and noodles; all three are daily visible and easy-to-find ingredients. Homemade Tomato and Egg Noodles

1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use.

2. Set aside chopped green onion and coriander.
