Homemade Tomato and Egg Noodles

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use.

Set aside chopped green onion and coriander.

Pour a little cooking oil into a pan and heat, add chopped green onion and sauté.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes are ripe and juicy.

Pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add water to the pot (you don't need to fill out the tomatoes) and bring to a boil.

Lay in the egg noodles.

When the noodles are almost cooked, beat in the eggs. Add salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil according to personal taste. The noodle soup is thick and delicious.
Tips:
1. Tomatoes need to be fried with red oil, so that tomato will have nutritional effects.
2. If you make it for your baby, you can blanch the tomatoes with hot water in advance and tear off the tomato skin.
