Homemade Tomato Sauce

Bring to a boil on medium heat, add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant, pour it into a tomato that is cut into six or eight cloves;

Use tongs to pick up the tomato skin after cooking the tomatoes;

Add seasoning, add corn starch and water starch mixed with 1/4 cup of water, stir constantly, cook until large bubbles, reduce heat, and cool;

Spoon into a clean bottle and put it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. Tomatoes of any variety are not distinguished. If the tomatoes are too small, it will take more effort to pick the skins;
2. It can be stored for a longer time without meat.
