Homemade Walnut Crisp

Mix vegetable oil, powdered sugar, and salt, add an egg, and mix well;

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking soda, mix well, add appropriate amount of chopped walnuts;

Knead into a ball

Divide the dough into 20g small doughs and knead them into small balls;

Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press flat;

Brush an appropriate amount of egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds;

Turn on the oven, adjust the upper and lower temperature to 180°C, preheat for 5 minutes, put the walnut crisp and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
