Homemade White and Red Blood Tofu

Prepare ingredients: tofu and pork blood cut into pieces, green onions, leaves and stems cut separately. (You can also replace pig blood with duck blood)

Tofu and pig blood are blanched, and salt is added to the water before blanching. Both are not easy to break. After blanching the water, immediately put it in cold water, blanch the white tofu first and then blanch the blood tofu.

The hot pot is cold and oily. When the oil is slightly hot, put the scallion stalks and red peppers, put a little pepper, and then add tofu and pig blood.

Put cooking wine, light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt.

Add proper amount of boiling water and simmer for a while, and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes to taste.

Add water and starch to thicken (not too much starch, just a thin thickening.)
