Homemade White Sauce Boiling Method

Prepare materials as shown.

Put the butter in a pot and melt it over medium heat.

After bubbling, add flour and stir well.

Then gradually add the milk in three steps, and add the remaining milk after mixing it with an egg beater each time you add milk. It is best to heat the milk a little first, and just keep it warm. The iced milk will coagulate the butter in the batter and affect the production.

Keep stirring the batter with an egg beater.

After stirring evenly, add a small bowl of water, and simmer slowly over medium heat.

Rub the cheese into silk with a grater.

Then pour it into the pot and stir with a blender until all is melted, during which time you can add a little bit of salt according to personal taste.

Add appropriate amount of white pepper and stir evenly, then it is ready for use.

Tips:
Don't make a big fire during the whole process, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pot. It is best to buy short-year-old cheddar cheese, if you do not choose other cheeses that you usually like.
