Hometown Snacks-take Cake

This was taken by my mobile phone at random when my mother was back home to make it, so it's not very clear. Chop the cowpea into fine pieces, sprinkle with salt and mix, sprinkle some water evenly with your hands, sprinkle flour while sprinkling water, and mix well.

Put millet and water in the steamer. The amount is arbitrary, mainly depending on a few people. Then put it on the basket, put the finished product on the heat and steam for 30 minutes. (Mom also steamed two big white buns for me by the way)

Time is up. Add oil to the wok and chopped green onion. After sauteing, put the steamed cakes in and stir-fry to turn off the heat. The fragrant smell will diffuse out.

After mixing in the mashed garlic, you can start eating the hot millet porridge~~~
