Honey Buns

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, and reserve a small part of water. Knead out a thicker film.

Add butter.

Knead out the film.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place or oven to ferment 2.5 times its size.

Exhaust, divide into 12 equal parts, spheronize, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take out a loose dough and roll the dough into an oval shape.

Turn it over and roll it from side to side, pinching tightly at the closing.

Cut it in the middle, put it in a non-stick mold or a normal mold and brush with oil.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place or oven to ferment twice as large.

Brush with honey water and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
11.
Put it in a preheated 180° oven, the second level, about 18 minutes.
Brush honey water after baking.
