Honey Chicken

After washing the chicken, drain the water and chop it into a dish, then marinate it with appropriate amount of salt, corn starch, chicken powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and raw oil for 2 hours.

Add sliced ginger and green onion to the chicken nuggets, then steam for 5 minutes and take out.

Pour the chicken juice in the dish into the pot, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and bring to a boil, then pour in the chicken nuggets, then cover the pot and simmer until the juice is collected.
4.
Add appropriate amount of honey and stir evenly.
