Honey Chicken Wings

After washing the chicken wings, add an appropriate amount of salt to remove the moisture.

Then add the char siu sauce on a plate.

Then add cooking wine, salt, starch and marinate for about half a day. (Because the sauce has a sweet taste, there is no need to add sugar).

After marinating in the morning, put a little oil in a non-stick pan for dinner, and then put the chicken wings in the pan and fry them until golden.

Fry on the other side until golden.

If there is juice in the plate during the marinating process, pour the juice into the chicken wings.

If the juice is not enough, sprinkle a little water in the right amount, then cover and bake over low heat until cooked.
