Honey Chicken Wings

After the chicken wings are naturally thawed, soak them in clean water for 30 minutes to clean them to control the moisture.

Add garlic and ginger minced and chicken wing marinade into a bowl.

Add cooking wine soy sauce and oil-consuming chili noodles (optional) and stir well, then add 2.5 tablespoons of honey and stir well.

Pour the prepared marinade juice into the chicken wings, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven in advance, put the marinated chicken wings in a baking tray lined with tin foil, brush a layer of olive oil on the surface of the chicken wings at 165 degrees, and bake them for 50 minutes. Brush the marinated chicken wings on the surface of the chicken wings at 20 minutes. Turn the chicken wings over at 25 minutes and continue to bake them until they are cooked through.

1 Marinated meat soy sauce and oil consumption are salty, no need to add additional salt.
