Longli fish has no fishy or peculiar smell. It is delicious after being marinated with a few kinds of condiments, fried and topped with honey. Longliyu is rich in nutrition and has many health benefits. It can resist atherosclerosis, strengthen the brain, enhance memory, protect eyesight and so on.

Ingredients

Honey Dragon Fish

1. Wash the longli fish and tomatoes. Peel the peas, take the beans, wash and cook

2. Cut the dragon fish into sections, add pepper and rub evenly

3. Add salt and knead evenly

4. Add white wine, knead and marinate evenly for 6 or 7 minutes

5. Add mayonnaise to the bowl

6. Add honey and stir to make honey juice

7. Long Li Yu Pai Noodles

8. Fry the longli fish in a frying pan, fry one side and then fry the other side, fry and serve.

9. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on the plate

10. Pan fried longli fish, sprinkle with peas

11. Drizzle with honey juice and enjoy

Tips:

After adding seasonings, rub it with your hands to add more flavor to the fish. The side dishes can be added according to personal preference.
