Honey Dried Pork

Minced pork stuffing, without fat and fascia, marinate with light soy sauce, salt and sugar.

Place the minced meat on tin foil, cover it with plastic wrap, and roll it into a sheet with a rolling pin.

Bake on the upper and lower fire for 180 minutes, brush with honey water, then 150 degrees for 7 minutes, brush with honey water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for another five minutes. The thin areas are pasted, so make them evenly thick.

Just tear it into pieces.
