Honey Dried Tofu

Prepare dried white beans.

Cut the dried bean curd into pairs of triangles.

Boil it in salted boiling water and remove it.

After removing it, put it in cold water and wash it again.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add dried tofu, and add two star anises.

After the water boils, add four dried red peppers.

A moderate amount of salt.

Appropriate braised soy sauce and light soy sauce, the ratio is 1:1. About 15ML each.

Add sugar, about 5 grams.

Add the broth essence and cook together.

Bring to a boil on high heat for five minutes, then turn to medium and low heat and cook slowly.

When the soup is slightly left, the dried tofu is delicious.

Turn off the heat, add sesame oil and mix well.

Tips:
1. Add salt to blanch the dried bean curd before marinating it to remove most of the beany flavor.
2. Honey must wait for the dried beancurd to be warm before putting it in, so as not to destroy its nutrition.
