Honey Lemon

Rub the lemon skin with salt, wash it, and dry it for later use.

Honey, preferably liquid honey, is better mixed. The house is full of white honey, so make do with it.

Lemon slices, the size depends on the container, not too big 😄

In a clean, oil-free container, place the sliced lemon slices layer by layer, and put honey on them.

Seal the top with honey.
6.
Slowly, the honey will melt and the lemon juice will ooze out. Refrigerator storage.
