Honey Lemon Tea
1.
The prepared materials are: lemon, honey, salt, and a clean and water-free sealed jar
2.
Rubbing the lemon surface with salt can remove the residual material on the lemon surface
3.
Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture of the cleaned lemon
4.
Remove the head and tail of the lemon and cut into thin slices
5.
Put a slice of lemon and a layer of honey on top
6.
After putting the lemons, the exposed lemons are easy to deteriorate. At this time, pour more honey in to cover the lemons.
7.
Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for about 5 days before soaking in water for consumption. The taste is really good!
Tips:
The process is not difficult, and the materials to prepare are simple, but special attention should be paid to: the sealed tank must be clean and water-free; the lemon must be soaked up after washing; the knife and the pad must not have water. Otherwise, the finished lemon honey is easy to deteriorate, which will affect the taste and texture.
