Honey Roasted Wings

Soak the cut-out wings in the clear water with cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Add pepper, green onions, sugar, honey, a little salt, oil, sweet chili sauce, chicken essence, soy sauce to mix the chicken wings, put them in a lock box, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. (If you don’t have enough time, just over two hours will do.)

Put the marinated chicken wings in a microwave oven and heat for 8 minutes.

Continue on the reverse side for 8 minutes (you can control the time, if you like to eat hotter, bake it longer).

I prefer to eat something with a bigger fire. The grilled wings are ready, with the outer burnt inside and the tender inside.
