This delicacy of pig's trotters is made with "honey pork ribs seasoning", so it is called "honey trotters". Cooking dishes with this kind of compound seasoning is very simple and saves the trouble of mixing and preparing by yourself. It is the best choice for zero cooking.

Honey Trotter

1. Soak the trotters and wash them

2. Rinse after chop and drain the water

3. Add water to the honey sauce and mix well

4. Heat up the pan, add some oil, add the trotters and stir fry

5. Cook into the cooking wine, stir-fry on high heat to remove the peculiar smell

6. Add some dark soy sauce, stir-fry and color

7. Add honey sauce

8. Bring to a boil and add salt to taste
