Honey Trotter

Soak the trotters and wash them.

Rinse after chop the cubes and drain the water.
3.
Add water to the honey sauce and mix well.

Heat the pan and add some oil. Add the trotters and stir fry evenly

Cook into the cooking wine, stir-fry on high heat to remove the peculiar smell.

Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, stir-fry and color.
7.
Add the honey sauce.

Bring to a boil and season with salt.

Cover cover. Simmer for about 1 hour on low heat.

The stewed pig's feet are soft and rotten, and the heat can be turned off after the juice is collected.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. After cooking the cooking wine, stir fry repeatedly with a strong fire to evaporate the water in the pot.
2. Slowly simmer with a low heat when firing, it is best if it is in a non-open state.
