Honey Vinegar Arctic Shrimp
1.
The arctic shrimp is thawed naturally. After the shrimp has melted, rinse with water twice and drain.
2.
Prepare a green onion, wash and slice ginger
3.
Boil the cleaned Arctic prawns in a pot of boiling water with ginger slices and green onions for a minute.
4.
Soak the blanched Arctic prawns in a cold boil for about 5 minutes, remove and drain the water
5.
Put in a large bowl, pour red vinegar, add honey and salt.
6.
Add the prepared Arctic shrimp and mix well
7.
Pour the evenly mixed Arctic shrimp into the crisper
8.
Cover and marinate for about 10 hours before serving
Tips:
1. The ratio of vinegar to honey is about 2:1
2. Move the Arctic Shrimp from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator to the refrigerator compartment, and it will thaw after 12 hours. This is the slowest and best defrosting method to maintain the taste of Arctic shrimp.
3. Take the Arctic Shrimp out of the freezer compartment of the refrigerator and let it thaw naturally at room temperature, about 2 hours. (But be careful, in the hot summer, try not to use this method.)
4. For children who don’t have time or are impatient, try the third method: put the Arctic shrimp in clean water, stir with chopsticks for 2 minutes, drain the water, put it in the microwave, and heat it on medium heat for 30 seconds. Ready to eat.
