Hong Kong Style Egg Noodles

Put water in the pot, put the noodles in and cook after the water is boiled

Just before the noodles are cooked, put the greens in, add salt, a little soy sauce, and sesame oil. Turn off the heat after the noodles and greens are cooked

Heat the pan with oil, and fry the eggs into a poached egg

Slice the luncheon meat and fry the rest of the fried egg until golden on both sides. Scoop out with the eggs and set aside

Pour the cooked noodles and greens into a bowl

Put the poached egg and luncheon meat on top of the noodles, sprinkle a little chopped green onion to eat
Tips:
The noodles will be more fragrant with some sesame oil. You can have noodles as you like. Instant noodles are also okay, but instant noodles are unhealthy to eat. If you like spicy food, put some chili oil on the noodles.
