Egg noodles is a specialty food in Hong Kong tea restaurants. It is a combination of luncheon meat, eggs and noodles. Simple and easy to make, a bowl of fragrant egg noodles in the morning is rich in nutrients.

Ingredients

1. Put water in the pot, put the noodles in and cook after the water is boiled

Tips:

The noodles will be more fragrant with some sesame oil. You can have noodles as you like. Instant noodles are also okay, but instant noodles are unhealthy to eat. If you like spicy food, put some chili oil on the noodles.
