This spicy chicken doesn't need you to deep-fry, you don't need to stir-fry with spicy skin, let alone you add a lot of spices, but the taste is beyond your imagination. This is my creative dish, mainly because I have Hongguo’s Daoweiyuan spicy fish hot pot seasoning. This is a carefully selected Erjingtiao from the high-altitude mountainous areas of Yungui, Sichuan’s Tianfu Basin, and Hanyuan’s Dahongpao. They are fried at high temperature until they are delicious, bright red in color, spicy but not dry. I creatively use this seasoning to add lasagna, tofu skin, and mushrooms to stew chicken together. Hongguo's Spicy Chicken Recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients

7. Add Dao Weiyuan Spicy Fish Bottom Pack, stir fry over low heat and evenly color,

8. Add ginger, add water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes

Tips:
