Hoof Kelp Soup

Prepare hoof, kelp knot, ginger and liver.

Wash the hoofs, add enough water to the pressure cooker, and press them until cooked.

Wash and cut the skin and liver on the hoof.

Disassemble the kelp knot, cut into slices, and prepare.

After the hoofs are simmered, put the seaweed, pork skin and pork liver into the soup, add salt and ginger, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the chopped green onion in a bowl.
