Hot and Cold

Wash the prepared vegetables and soak the vermicelli in advance,

Spread the eggs into pancakes and shred cucumbers, tomatoes, and ham.

Cut the meat into shredded pork and stir-fry with the cut vegetables (the shredded pork is almost fried with celery)

Stir in sesame sauce, water (appropriate amount), garlic, extra flavour (soy sauce), and salt.

Place the vegetable and egg shreds in a circle, put the vermicelli in the middle, then spread the shredded pork and chop vegetables, pour the mixed sesame sauce, and sprinkle a little celery leaf (cilantro leaf) to finish! Mix well when you eat it, and it's very appetizing in summer.
