Tips:
1. The most important seasoning in this dish is yellow lantern chili sauce. This sauce is very flavorful, very strong and spicy, so just add 1 tablespoon, don't add too much, you can't stand it!
2. Don't cook the fat cow for too long, it will change color, it will be fine! After cooking for a long time, the meat will get old. I can’t chew, and the taste is bad!
3. Because it is used for mixing noodles, the amount of salt is a little more than usual.
4. Since I got to know "Chicken Sauce", I have cooked all the dishes that I didn't make because of the need for broth!
"Chicken sauce" is actually a seasoning used to make stock, an upgraded substitute for chicken essence. The taste is 10,000 times better than chicken essence and MSG, not to mention, it is mainly pure concentrated broth made from chicken, which is convenient and bursting!
5. For sauerkraut, I use bagged Northeast sauerkraut because I am from the Northeast! If you use Sichuan sauerkraut, I think it should work, but to be honest, I haven't tried it. You can try!
